Open SA:MP and get into some random server and close down GTA SA Now you should get a white notepad document.Now right click on the TSNotifier icon in the place where MSN and shit goes down (check pic) And press on 'Edit gamesettings.ini.Then goto start and all programs and open up TSNotifier or if you got in on desktop.Then check the box for TSNotifier Helper Plugin and press close.Open TeamSpeak3 and click on 'Settings' and then 'Plugins' or press Ctrl+Shift+P.goto your TeamSpeak3 directory and then goto 'Plugins' and place it there Then copy the TS3NotifierHelper_win32.dll or the _win64 depends what version you have 32 or 64 'version' of TeamSpeak3.
